Lighten PDF Converter Master for Mac allows you to convert PDF files to many popular text and image formats on your Mac. User interface is very user-friendly, with convenient PDF preview panel on the right side of the main window.

Conversion process is simple, you can simply drag and drop files from Finder to the file list, or use Add button to add the files you wish to convert. Next select output format from the many output conversion formats available, such as Word Document, Excel Workbook, iWork Pages, different image formats and others.

One output conversion format can be applied to all files, or you can specify different output format for each file. Some formats also offer some additional options for conversion. You can also specify which pages you wish to convert and output folder.

Output files will be converted to all output formats, with the highest precision. If you want even more precision, there are also buttons available above the preview panel for manual table selection, to add or remove table lines, mark image areas and others.

All in all, if you are looking for an easy to use, convenient and useful PDF converter with many possible output formats, and very accurate conversion precision, then this is the app for you. However, there is one drawback, this app does not support OCR (Optical Character Recognition), which means it won't convert scanned PDF files to editable text.
